Low-voltage MCC drawer operating mechanism functions as follows:

Push-in and pull-out: Push the drawer to insert into the fixed position (Connection position)

in the switchgear and pulled out from the fixed position ( isolation position or test position), so

that the drawer can be switched between different working states. When inspect or maintain

the electrical components in the drawer, the drawer can be moved out to the isolation position

to ensure the maintenance safety.

Position locking function: When drawer in connection/test/ isolation, it can lock the drawer in

the corresponding position to prevent the drawer moving with power.Complies with the

principle of safe operation and avoids safety accidents caused by misoperation.

Safety features

Mechanical interlock system: ensures the drawer cannot be withdrawn when powered, to

prevent accidental contact with charged components. Isolation contacts: automatically

disconnect power when plugged in/out, eliminating arc flash risk (compliant with IEC 61439

standard) Effective maintenance, faulty drawers can be quickly replaced (under power-off

conditions) via hot-swap functionality, minimizing downtime. This plug-and-play design

supports seamless maintenance without interrupting adjacent circuits.

Standardized current ratings: Drawers are categorized by current capacity (63A, 125A, 250A)

to ensure compatibility with different loads.
